The Frechilla-Zuloaga International Piano Award contest is organized and sponsored by Valladolid Provincial Council to stimulate piano playing among young people. This Award bears the name of the distinguished duo pianists from Valladolid, "Frechilla” and “Zuloaga".

☐ Curriculum vitae, in English or Spanish, containing mainly the following sections: academic qualifications and education establishments; specialisation courses; prizes and grants obtained by the competitor and references. ☐ A photocopy of the (Spanish) National Identity Card (DNI) or passport. ☐ Original receipt for the payment of € 50, as a registration fee, in favour of the Diputación Provincial de Valladolid, indicating the full name of the competitor and the identification "Premio de Piano Frechilla-Zuloaga", through any branch of Unicaja Banco, account IBAN CODE ES52 2103 4300 7500 3203 9294. ☐ One photograph of approx. 10 x 6 cm. in size in JPG or PNG format. ☐ Participants who are minors must attach a signed and scanned authorisation from their parent or guardian, who assumes any liability arising from their participation in the competition. ☐ The closing date for entries is 15 October 2021 (inclusive). The list of admitted and excluded applications will be published on the Award website https://cultura.diputaciondevalladolid.es/premio-internacional-de-piano-frechilla-zuloaga. Interested parties will have a single, non-extendable period of 10 working days, starting from the day after the publication of the announcement on the website, to claim or rectify the defect that has led to their exclusion or error in their details.
